I wish I was that small playing on the beach in Italy right now! This was a commissioned painting for a client from a photo that was taken when she was a child playing in the Adriatic Sea. Her father took the photo and his foot is in the bottom right side. It reminds us that you are being looked over by your father. Giclees canvas reproductions available 16" x 20" Lori Frank, Edmonton Artist

Watercolours on arches paper, image size 13" x 30". This painting was done from a photo from a friend Larry Westergard from his trip to Cancun. I love what it signifies and is a reminder to "dance in the rain" so to speak. As my Mom always says - In life we are either out of a storm, in one, or one is coming. So I think we might as well just play and work hard and make the best of it in anyway that we can. I'm now ready to sell this original. Lori Frank, Edmonton Artist

This painting was done from a photo I took on the patio at my Dads. My step mom Kaye decided my Dads work boots needed a rest from all the hard work Dad did. Always brings a smile to my face. Mixed media. Watercolor, acrylic and gauche. 22" x 30" Lori Frank, Edmonton Artist
Watercolours, 16" x 22". This painting was done after my first trip to New York. One of my childhood friends since I was 6 years old, knew I was going there when we had our reunion visit to celebrate her 30th. Cheryl was so happy for me. Sadly she was killed 3 months later in a car accident with her husband in Mississauga, ON a few weeks before I went to the Big Apple. Cheryl was always late for everything and that day I had wished she would've been late too. Lori Frank, Edmonton Artist
